Payment and ordering information
Orders and payments are handled by our third-party ordering provider. We do not intend to store full payment-card numbers in our systems or customer portal. The ordering provider may collect payment and order information under its own privacy policy.
2. How We Use Information
- To receive, review, confirm, update, manage, or cancel reservations and inquiries.
- To respond to catering, private-party, employment, and general questions.
- To operate customer accounts, secure View and Manage links, prefilled portal forms, messages, attachments, calendars, notifications, edit-request approvals or rejections, and account-recovery features.
- To send transactional emails and messages about submissions, status changes, replies, security, verification, and account actions.
- To send marketing email or text messages when permitted, and to record and honor unsubscribe, STOP, or other opt-out requests.
- To prevent spam, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, unsafe uploads, and repeated automated submissions.
- To diagnose errors, maintain backups, improve site performance, and protect the website and our business.
- To comply with legal, tax, accounting, employment, safety, and recordkeeping obligations.
3. How We Share Information
We may share information only as reasonably necessary with:
- Restaurant staff and authorized contractors who need the information to handle your request.
- Service providers that support hosting, private file storage, backups, email delivery, inbound email, security, customer notifications, analytics if enabled, and technical support.
- Ordering, map, calendar, media, and social platforms when you choose to use those features or when their content is embedded on a page.
- Professional advisers and authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our rights, protect safety, investigate misuse, or respond to a lawful request.
- A successor business if ownership or operation of the restaurant or website changes, subject to applicable law.
We do not intend to sell personal information for money. We do not share resumes or private inquiry attachments for unrelated advertising.
4. Email and Text Message Choices
Transactional messages about a reservation, inquiry, job application, account, security event, or direct conversation are different from marketing messages.
- You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message or by contacting us.
- For marketing text messages, reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
- Consent to marketing texts is not required to make a reservation, submit an inquiry, apply for a job, or purchase food.
5. Cookies and Browser Storage
We use essential cookies and browser storage for login sessions, security, form protection, popup display frequency, customer preferences, web-app installation, and notifications. Disabling these technologies may prevent parts of the site or customer portal from working correctly. Third-party embedded services may set their own cookies or receive standard request information such as your IP address and browser details.
6. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, the retention settings configured by the restaurant, active customer service, employment review, security, backup integrity, dispute resolution, and legal or accounting obligations. Backup copies may remain for a limited period after active records are deleted. Unsubscribe and suppression records may be retained so we can continue honoring your choice. We use automated data retention settings that periodically delete inactive account and inquiry records. We do not publish specific timeframes, but data is not kept indefinitely once it is no longer needed for the purposes described in this Policy.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. These include access controls, private storage outside the public website directory for supported uploads and backups, file-type and size validation, secure tokens, rate limits, logging, and authenticated account access. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on applicable law and exceptions, you may ask us to:
- confirm whether we process your personal data and provide access to it;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete information;
- provide a portable copy of information you supplied;
- opt out of marketing or certain uses of personal data; and
- appeal a denied privacy request.
To make a request, email events@cibolo.nolisvite.com with the subject Privacy Request. Describe the request and the email address used with us. We may verify your identity before completing a request. If we deny a request, you may reply with the subject Privacy Appeal. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Creating a customer account is optional. Accounts provide a faster way to track and manage inquiries and submit new ones, but you can always contact us by phone or email to handle a reservation or inquiry without one.
If you have a customer account, you can delete individual inquiries, your account data, or your entire account directly through the customer portal at any time — no staff approval is required. If you have not created an account, you may request deletion of your information by contacting us using the details in Section 13. You may also use portal controls to submit requested edits for staff review and view messages related to your submissions. Some records may be retained where legally permitted or required.
9. Children's Privacy
The website and customer portal are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through online accounts or marketing signup. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact us to request review or deletion.
10. Job Applicants
Job-application information is used to evaluate employment opportunities, communicate with applicants, verify information when appropriate, and maintain hiring records. Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship or guarantee an interview or offer.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
The site may link to or embed services operated by Toast, Google, social networks, calendar providers, media hosts, and other third parties. We do not control their privacy or security practices. Review their policies before providing information directly to them.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal obligations. The effective date at the top will show the latest revision. Material changes may also be announced on the website or by another appropriate method.
