Growing up in a small village in Kosovo, Noli knew little to nothing about America, but his craft in the kitchen began there. He became a master of Italian recipes and came to America at a young age with a dream and a love for hospitality.

Now, decades later, Noli welcomes guests into his Vite with the same pride and warmth that shaped his journey. With a degree in business management, he leads the family-owned restaurant and makes sure every detail feels pristine.
